SmartSource is our version of a traditional on-site IT support contract with the addition of a no cost advisory or consultancy service. This service is simply priced on a per-user permonth basis. Most of the support is undertaken remotely however we include onsite call outs
when necessary at no additional cost. (Fair usage policy applies). SmartSource allows for easy budgeting of support costs and includes a proportion of IT Management time onsite to review strategy and respond to changing business requirements. Very few of our clients can justify the cost of an IT Manager or advisor, however with SmartSource this is all part of the service.
